At Bstone Clothing, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Merchandise should be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all tags attached.
- Final Sale items, including clearance products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Visit our Returns Portal to start the return process.
- Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in their original packaging, including the packing slip or order confirmation.
- Shipping the Return: Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest courier location.
Please note: A return shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchange Process:
- To exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate the process through our Returns Portal.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service at support@bstoneclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
International Orders:
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
